About Luminous Soul

Reconnect with yourself in every season of life
As we move through life’s many seasons and transitions, it’s natural to experience moments of stress, uncertainty, or a quiet sense of disconnection from who we once were.
When changes in your body, rhythm, or sense of self stir a longing for renewal, steadiness, and deeper care, you’re in the right place.

"Luminous Soul is rooted in earth-centered healing, sacred tradition, and a heartfelt commitment to walking beside you on your journey back to yourself."
~ ELIZABETH, FOUNDER & HERBAL ENERGY PRACTITIONER

Hi, I'm Elizabeth.
I support people back into balance and vitality through earth-centered healing traditions that honor body, spirit, and the natural cycles of life. With a focus on womb and reproductive health, easing everyday stress, and supporting life’s transitions, my work weaves together energy, plants, and sound to help you release what no longer serves and invite in what you most deeply desire.
Luminous Soul was born from my own path of healing—one that led me through energy work, herbalism, growing plants, sacred sound, and womb traditions. These practices transformed my life, and now it’s my joy to share them with others. Each session is a space to reconnect with yourself, find harmony with nature, and step into greater wholeness.
I have been in private practice since 2015 and am grateful to have learned from many great teachers over the years, including Ann Drucker, Ester Meima, Betsy Bergstrom, Laura Rain, Paula Curtis, Laura Cascardia, Ed Bernhardt and more. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher Certification, Western & Tropical Herbalism Certifications, Sacred Sound Therapy Certification, Pelvic Breath-flow Certification, Permaculture Design Certificate, Compassionate Depossession Certificate, and Traditional Yucatec Maya practices in the lineage of Ms. Beatrice Waight.

My Story
LUMINOUS SOUL WAS BORN FROM MY OWN HEALING JOURNEY.
Before I ever offered these practices to others, I experienced them deeply myself, healing my body, mind, and spirit with food, herbs, gardening, energy, sound, and plant therapies. These experiences inspired me to pursue extensive training so I could share these modalities safely and with integrity. Energy work was my first doorway. While healing from Crohn’s disease, I discovered I could use my hands to move energy through my body to ease pain and release stored trauma.
This profound experience led me to study Reiki formally so I could support others. I received my Usui Reiki Master Teacher Level Certification in 2014. Herbalism soon followed. After completing a Foundations of Herbalism program at Equinox Center for Herbal Studies in 2015, I began crafting small-batch remedies for loved ones and clients, eventually creating a product line rooted in nature and holistic healing. I have since continued herbal studies around Colorado and abroad in Costa Rica and Belize, learning about the power of Tropical Medicinal plants.
Sound healing became another vital piece, helping me calm my nervous system and release deep layers of stress. Over the years, I’ve collected and intuitively played earth instruments like quartz crystal and Tibetan bowls, rattles, drums, and chimes, which have become a central part of my one-on-one and group sessions. I received formal training in 2023.
After a late-term pregnancy loss and an endometriosis surgery, I turned to Yucatec Maya healing, which helped me reconnect with my womb and support my overall health. In 2022, I was honored to become a student of Ann Drucker, in the Maya lineage of Ms. Beatrice Waight of Belize. Today, it’s a privilege to share this sacred work — along with the plants, sound, and energy that have shaped my own healing — to support others on their path to balance and wholeness.

Since childhood, I’ve had a deep connection to the plant kingdom and learned to garden from my parents and grandparents.
Gardening has been a passion and love of mine that has grown deeper with each passing year. I have a large medicinal herb garden, along with veggie and natural plant dye gardens, where I use organic practices. Each seed was planted with deep intention to nurture my herbal product line, plant dyed textile art and to support clients through earth-centered healing practices like plant brushings, spiritual baths, and aromatics.
The garden is my sacred space, my sanctuary where I feel the most at peace and connect to my ancestors.
Some of my fondest memories with my mom and grandma were made among the plants. When I need calm, grounding, or a sense of home, I return to the garden. In 2024, I earned my Permaculture Design Certificate and have been weaving those principles into my garden spaces.
Years of leading product development for dietary supplement and herbal medicine companies have given me the expertise and dedication to craft every Luminous Soul product with good manufacturing practices. Each product is created with the highest-quality ingredients, which are organically sourced, grown in our medicinal garden, or ethically wild-harvested throughout the Colorado landscape. It is an honor to deepen my relationships with these plant allies and craft high-vibrational herbal remedies from garden to bottle.
