Are your products all-natural, gluten-free, non-GMO and vegan?

Yes, all products are made using natural, gluten-free and non-GMO ingredients. However, we do use CO honey in our syrups and beeswax in our salves.

Do you grow your own plants?

Yes! I grow many plants, using organic and permaculture practices, for the plant brushings, aromatics, spiritual baths and herbal product line. What we do not grow, we sustainably wildcraft in CO or order from certified organic sources in the USA.

Why do I need to do a 15-minute consultation before our first session?

This is to first meet you with a warm hello, determine if we are the right fit, and create the best custom experience to support your goals. I will also ask questions regarding a woman's cycle and if there are any sensitivities to plants, herbs and foods.

Do your sessions that work with plant medicines include psychedelics?

No, we do not offer psychedelic plant medicine sessions.

How should I prepare for a Maya session?

Accepted Answer

Eat light an hour before. Wear comfortable clothes and pants that can be pulled up to the knee for the spiritual foot bath. Think of an intention for the session - it could be something you would like to bring into your world or shift /release within yourself.  Give yourself some quiet time after the session for integration.

What do I expect in a first session?

For the Reiki energy and sacred sound, we will do a quick check-in and intention setting, then the client will remain clothed and lie on the massage table. Hands-on or hand above body techniques will be used, and earth instruments will be played. For a Yucatec Maya session, clients will begin the session with a spiritual foot bath and herbal tea that has been infused with prayers and intentions. A deeper check-in and intention setting will take place. The client will lie on the massage table, covered, and be brushed with plants that smell and taste of aromatics, with copal burning, light massage on trigger points, energy balancing, and sacred sound instruments being played. Maya Abdominal Womb Massage is optional. Each session is intuitively guided and unique. Plants change with the seasons.

How should I expect to feel after a session?

Generally, people leave feeling relaxed, nourished, reconnected to spirit and self, deeply seen and held in a sacred way. But each person and experience is unique! We suggest having some quiet integration time after our sessions and driving slowly, as many are still in that blissful afterglow state when they leave.

Is there anything I can do to continue the work after our session?

Yes! We suggest having some quiet integration time after the session. Salt baths on the evening are also recommended, as we work a lot with the water element in session, and the bath can help continue releasing things. Drink lots of water. Continue to focus and call in the intentions that we set during the session. These intentions were infused into every step of the session and will continue to be called in for days or weeks afterward.

How often should I receive a session?

That depends on your individual goals and situations, which we can discuss during your intake. If you are trying to conceive, support womb health & hormonal shifts or calm everyday stress, monthly sessions may support the body best. If these sessions are intended for a spiritual reset and deeper connection to self, quarterly visits may be suitable. Whenever you feel called to slow down and receive nourishment, we welcome you with open arms!

Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and ours. To reschedule or cancel a healing session, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy.

Refund Policy:
We are committed to providing the highest quality herbal products and healing sessions. As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
