For the Reiki energy and sacred sound, we will do a quick check-in and intention setting, then the client will remain clothed and lie on the massage table. Hands-on or hand above body techniques will be used, and earth instruments will be played. For a Yucatec Maya session, clients will begin the session with a spiritual foot bath and herbal tea that has been infused with prayers and intentions. A deeper check-in and intention setting will take place. The client will lie on the massage table, covered, and be brushed with plants that smell and taste of aromatics, with copal burning, light massage on trigger points, energy balancing, and sacred sound instruments being played. Maya Abdominal Womb Massage is optional. Each session is intuitively guided and unique. Plants change with the seasons.

If you are trying to conceive, support womb health & hormonal shifts or calm everyday stress, monthly sessions may support the body best. If these sessions are intended for a spiritual reset and deeper connection to self, quarterly visits may be suitable.
