  • Organic Calendula (flower), Organic Yarrow (leaf, flower), Organic Red Clover (flower), Organic Red Raspberry (leaf), Organic Mother’s Wort (aerial parts), Organic Lavender (flower), Organic Feverfew (leaf, flower). Infused with Reiki.

    1. Prepare the herbal infusion:

      • Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

      • Add 1 cup of dried herbs to the boiling water.

      • Cover the pot and let the herbs steep for about 10–15 minutes.

    2. Set up your steaming space:

      • Choose a private, comfortable area where you can relax without interruptions.

      • Place the bowl of hot, herb-infused water inside your toilet bowl (if using a yoni steam seat), under a sturdy chair or yoni steam seat with an opening in the center.

      • Make sure the surface beneath is stable to avoid spills or burns.

    3. Test the temperature:

      • Carefully wave your hand over the steam to check that it’s warm but not hot enough to burn.

      • If the steam feels too intense, let it cool for a few minutes before beginning.

    4. Steam:

      • Remove clothing from the waist down.

      • Sit or squat comfortably over the steam so that it rises toward your pelvic area.

      • Wrap a large towel or blanket around your waist and legs to contain the steam and warmth.

      • Steam for 20–30 minutes, adjusting your position as needed to stay comfortable.

    5. After the steam:

      • When finished, gently pat dry and put on warm, comfortable clothing.

      • Rest quietly for 15–20 minutes afterward to allow your body to relax and absorb the benefits.

Warnings: Yoni steams should be taken during the ovulatory and luteal phases, before the follicular phase/menstruation begins. Never use boiling water directly—always let it cool slightly to avoid burns.

Do not perform a yoni steam if you are pregnant, menstruating, or have an active infection or open sores.
